Lamar purchased Colossal from co-founders Paul Lindahl and Adrian Moeller for an undisclosed price. Kean Miller LLP acted as legal adviser to Lamar on the transaction, while McGrath North Mullin & Kratz acted as legal adviser to Colossal. Johnsen, Fretty & Co.
